IMPORTANT:
Residents or Business that subscribe to Alarm Monitoring Services...

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE IS NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS WEB SITE!

Many alarm companies are centralized alarm monitoring services
which are responsible for subscribers not only in Luzerne County
but are multi-county, multi-state operations.

As an alarm subscriber please inform your alarm company to add to your subscriber record information.

A)the Municipality you live in (which is in addition to and may differ from your mailing address.)

B) the nearest cross-streets
to assist in verifying the correct location of your residence or business.

The majority of alarm monitoring services do not have this information to provide to 911 call takers,
Adding this information to your record will help when the alarm call comes in.

Also, request that the alarm company provide the additional information, to the 911 call taker, when they call the Luzerne County emergency communications center to report your alarm.

If you have any additional questions on this topic, please call our:
Data and Addressing dept. (570) 826-3062
or e-mail the Data and Addressing dept.: data@luzernecounty.org
